Return Policy

RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

All sales are final.  We only accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. 

Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 14 days of the order date at lynette.leininger@sidneyhealth.org.  Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
